NIOVI ZARAMPOUKA CHATZIMANOU / DIRECTOR

Niovi Zarampouka-Chatzimanou, is the current Director of Victoria Square Project (2019-2023). Since 2014, she is the co-founder of MΕΣΑ Museum of Free Thinking People, a contemporary art outreach project for prisoners in Greece. Before joining VSP she worked as Director of Art in Public Space at Eleusis 2021 European capital of Culture, and contributed in documenta 14 as Community Liaison for Athens. With an academic background in architecture and cultural management (MA), her research interests focus on socially and politically engaged art projects and the public space as a constellation of political and social transformations. Her work experience involves working at a wide range of institutions, projects and artists, like The Peggy Guggenheim Collection (Venice, IT), Maria Papadimitriou’s T.A.M.A. and Souzy Tros (Athens, GR), The Museum of Cycladic Art (Athens, GR), Viafarini DOCVA (Milan, IT) and the Venice Biennial through the Greek and American Pavilion (Venice, IT) teams. Niovi, has recently been awarded the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Public Humanities Initiative fellowship.

IRO ZIOZIA / ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE ASSISTANT

Iro Ziozia is the Administrative and Finance Assistant of Victoria Square Project. She graduated from Law School at Democritus University of Thrace and received a master’s degree in Political Philosophy and Social Theory from Panteion University. She worked as a lawyer for a few years until she decided to switch careers and turn to administrative management. In September 2020 she joined the team to ensure efficient operation of the organization.

DOROTHEA KRITIKOU / PROJECTS & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

DAFNI CREMA / EDUCATION COORDINATOR

Dorothea Kritikou, is the current Production and Projects Coordinator of Victoria Square Project. She studied Museum Studies and Exhibition Design at the University of Western Greece (ex Technical University of Patras). In 2016, she completed her internship at Herakleidon Museum where she continued working till December 2017. During that time some of the tasks she overtook were design and coordination of museum educational programs, assistance of research and exhibition design and private guided tours.

Since 2018, she joined the team of Victoria Square Project taking over responsibilities in the fields of communication, engagement with the community, coordination of projects and production.   

Dafni Crema was born in Rome in 1995. She holds a Master Degree in Art History from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and since February 2021 she is attending a master in Museum Education from the University Roma Tre. Dafni has been living and working between Rome and Athens for the past five years, during which she has collaborated with organizations such as the Presidential Palace of Italy, the Museum of Modern Art in Rome, the Benaki Museum in Athens, the Co-Museum. On April 2021 Dafni joined Victoria Square Project educational team, while since September 2021 she took over the coordination of the educational programs. Lastly, her greatest ambition is for culture to become an integral part of our daily lives rather than just a privilege of a small part of the society.

ARIA SARIDI / COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Aria Saridi is the newest member of the VSP team. She studied at the Department of Communication and Mass Media at National Kapodistrian University of Athens and is continuing her postgraduate studies in Digital Communication Media and Interactive Environments. She has worked in the sector of Culture and Television in positions related to Communication and Production.

MARINA NAKI / COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Marina Naki holds a Master Degree in Architecture from National Technological University of Athens. She has organized various architectural and building workshops for children because she strongly believes that igniting children’s creativity and cultivating new skills is the key for a better future. She lives in Exarchia, Athens. Since October 2020 Marina has been working with the educational programs team, while from September 2021 she is the Community Engagement Coordinator of Victoria Square Project.
